1. How many people can use an account?

As per our policies, one account can be used by only one enrollment.

2. What are the time slots of the classes?

The class timings can be fixed as per your convenience.

3. How can I enroll for the courses?

You can purchase the course from our website: Mayoor School of Music or you can send us an e-mail on contact@mayoorschoolofmusic.com.

4. What is the procedure after enrollment?

Once you enrol for a course with MSM, our team will get in touch with you to discuss the class scheduling and other details.

Learning Music Online

1. How can I learn music online?

I am sure with the experience that I have gained over these 12 years; I can help you to achieve your goals (music). I give you an assurance that you will enjoy learning online and will be satisfied by the end of the course.

2. What if I am not able to learn in 12 weeks?

We understand that different students learn at a different pace and that is the reason we have kept the option of “Add-on” classes which can be purchased.

3. Are all the sessions recorded?

Class Recording Facility will be available for 13 weeks. While every individual class recording will expire after 6 Days Of Recording Date.

Missing A Class

1. What if I miss a class?

You can ask for a reschedule.The classes will be rescheduled keeping in mind the teacher and student’s availability.

2. What if I want to reschedule a class?

You can reschedule a class. The request to reschedule the class should be given at least a day in advance.

3. Can I download the class recordings?

Recordings are view-able only, it cannot be downloaded.Class recordings will be provided by the school throughout the session and also for a week after the completion of the course (12 weeks-from the date of first video class). After seven days of the completion of the course the provided recordings will be unavailable.
