Admission & Academic Policy
Our Academic Policy ensures a structured learning experience, covering attendance, class scheduling, rescheduling, and course completion guidelines. Students must follow the policies to ensure a smooth and effective learning journey.
Enrolment Process Under Academic Policy :
Enrolling at Mayoor School of Music is simple. You can fill out the form on our website or contact us through phone or WhatsApp. Our admissions counsellor will guide you in selecting the right course and explain the fee structure. All our courses are primarily online, with a focus on vocal and instrumental training.
Class Schedules & Rescheduling:
Our class schedules are flexible to suit students’ needs. You can choose from once, twice, or thrice a week classes, depending on your availability. We also offer the option to reschedule classes if needed. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Attendance & Academic Policy:
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If you miss more than two classes without notice, your time slot may be reassigned. You can rejoin within 14 days, subject to availability.
Online Class Recordings:
All online sessions are recorded, and recordings are available throughout the course duration. You can access these recordings for one week after the course ends. Please note, recordings are view-only and cannot be downloaded.
Equipment Needed for Online Classes:
To participate in our online music classes, you will need a laptop, desktop, or mobile device, along with a reliable internet connection and good headphones for Zoom sessions.
Location-Based Pricing Under Academic Policy
Our pricing totally depends on the location and market. If you are traveling, you can take up to four classes outside your registered region. After that, you will need to pay the local fee for the region you’re in.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are due at the start of the course. We do not offer refunds after Enrolment, as all course options are discussed before registration to ensure you make the right choice.
